Young Nguyen immigrated to the United States with her family when she was just one year old. Raised by Vietnamese immigrant parents, she learned early the values of resilience, hard work, compassion, and perseverance. These principles continue to shape both her personal life and professional career.
After earning her B.A. in Psychology from the University of California Berkeley, Young began her career in wealth management, where she spent the past decade supporting high-net-worth individuals and family offices. She has developed deep expertise in operational excellence, alternative investments, client onboarding, and process improvement, leading initiatives that span CRM migration and implementation, workflow design, operational due diligence, and tax-season coordination. Young is passionate about building thoughtful, scalable systems that empower advisors to deliver exceptional client experiences.
Outside of work, Young is fueled by creativity and curiosity. She loves traveling and experiencing new cultures, but she's just as content spending a quiet afternoon in her ceramics studio, experimenting with oil pastels, or capturing everyday moments through photography and videography. She also enjoys fostering animals, finding purpose in helping them recover and preparing them for loving forever homes.
